Good news: Nina graduated from her old bed to an "Isolette" - a covered, heated chamber. This represents progress because she (hopefully) won't need as many interventions. The idea is that she can just hang out in the isolette, rest, and get busy growing without so much noise and distraction from other babies and people.
Dawning (aka "Mommy) is doing really well. She's pumping milk every 2 or 3 hours, and looking forward to some well-deserved sleep tonight!
Hi Brian,
ReplyDeleteThis is Lisa (your step sister, Cenellia's daughter). Congratulations on your beautiful gift. I would like to send Dawning some books or magazines to help pass the time once you've gone back to the City. Please let me know what her favorites are (authors, titles, magazines) and to what address I can send them. Please send a message to lmacksmith@gmail.com. Take care.
Thanks, Lisa! That's very kind of you. Dawning or I will definitely take you up on that offer! Stay tuned... -Brian
